This is what I used. It was an extra mirror from a kit for my YJ.

I use the Rugged Ridge Mirror relocation brackets. I leave them on year round. The passenger side doesn't give you full visiblity when you put the doors back on but I've had them on for 3 or 4 months now and I've never had an issue with it. You can find them all over the place or go to Quadratec and search for them. Sorry I don't have my pic's handy.

I bought these at Advance... about $25. I mounted then to the top hinge with the bolts supplied.
