If its not something that would leave me stranded then I would definitely skip it for the time being. But I will look into getting the oil pan skid. That does concern me.

It was a full 3 minute cycle each tire. When I get my 35's it would be closer to $10? And take a half hour or longer. In my case it will pay for itself in less than a year. If the option is not airing down then it pays for itself quicker in cut tires.

The next mod I want is quick discos but the JKS that I want will have to wait till I lift it but if I could fit them I would have them on now.
I have been thinking of going for one of those. How much did your set up cost you??

if you can afford about $1500, i would recommend getting a warn powerplant winch as it comes with a great air compressor. i run one on each of my JK's and they do great to air up my 37 and 40 inch tires.

Runs $300 for the entire ARB kit from www.northridge4x4.com

http://www.northridge4x4.com/shop/ar...compressor-kit

You get the compressor, bracket, quality hose and inflator with built in guage. The compressor comes with all the wiring and a nice switch. Takes me maybe 30 seconds a tire. Five minutes total. I also picked up an ARB quick deflator that works great and an ARB recovery strap all for around $400 shipped.

This is mine mounted on a 12. I think pre 12 they mount sideways along the brake fluid res.

I just bought a new 2012 rubicon unlimited stepping up from my 08 jk. I had olympic tubular bumpers, and smittybilt SRC rocker rails as far as body armor goes. Both of which I thought were great, and well priced.bathe front bumper has a spot for a winch if you ever choose to get one, and your stock fog lights fit in too. Aesthetics wise the charcoal grill and billet inserts looked fantastic, along with the mopar tail light guards.

I heard chrysler cheapened out on the skids for 2012. Not sure about a 2011 sport. But if its a 6spd, then oil pan tranny skid from skid row is pretty good, or like you mentioned, rancho should do the job. that of course, if he has the factory skids you mentioned above. maybe some diff guards or covers as well.

Lol I wish I can afford that right now. I saw one of those at Jeep Beach this last weekend. It did work really good. I will be getting one in the future.
