I load my jeep for camping hunting,and haul a trailer do you think they would rub?

I dont see how they would rub. Wouldn't it be worse with less back spacing?

I mean if it sits about a couple of inches lower and by driving over bumps and such i
am worried the fenders would hit the tires.

Backspacing is a different clearance issue. The clearance your talking about is dependent of your tire size, lift height, and bumpstops.
