I have the teraflex budget boost 2.5" with stock 32" tires - while the gap is larger, I don't think it's too much for the tires.

It was enough to make a big difference offroading too, even though 2.5" doesn't seem like a lot, I was dragging my center a lot less. People say you don't need a lift for 32" tires, and that you should only lift to fit tires - but on a 4-door JK, the 2.5" goes a long way to help the transmission cross-member clear stuff - and for around $330 it's cheap too... And it gives me room to upgrade to 35's when ready.

I am running a teraflex leveling kit with 285s. best setup for me. By the sounds of it, you are looking to have your rig similar to mine.

Here's mine with flat fenders and a 2.5 budget boost from Terra flex running 305/60/18 (almost 34" tires). I have plenty of flex. I have since removed the BB and added 3.5" MC springs. I could do just about anything I wanted to running this set up.

agreed. 6" minimum. Also i hear rough country is coming out with an 8" lift that rides better than stock, itd be a big game changer and open a whole new side to jk lifts we have all been waiting for.
