Yeah the frame behind the front tires will rub at full lock. Depending on the year you may need to trim your pinch seams and rails (if you have a rubicon)
Ive never tried it, but the stock front bumper may be an issue as well with 37s.

ah gotcha, yea its an 07 rubi unlimited... ill have to see what happens... never scared to break out the ol' sawzall or even the plasma cutter... if anything i can end up grabbing some spacers i guess as well. really looking to get some 17x9 pro comps, just not sure which ones yet.

You will deff. need to use that saw on the rear pinch seams/rubi rails. Making the front bumper a stubby is really easy as well.
I spoke to my buddy and he is running my old wheels with only a single washer added to his steering stops.
Here is a picture of his current setup.

Yeah, 17x9 Procomp 7069.
Rear pinch seam/rail and you should be ok. I was able to fit 37s on my stock rubicon suspension with just trimming the rails (pinch seam is cut from the factory on the 2014s.) It wouldnt work well offroad, but I really wanted to mount my 37s. I did have flat fenders and my front bumper installed before mounting the wheels.
If you rub on the frame in the front just add a few washers to the steering stops until your ready for spacers(5 minute job to add/remove washers.)
Here are the 37s on factory suspension (She is lifted now)
