what size stud for the tire lug nuts?

Default what size stud for the tire lug nuts?
So I messed up the studs on the bracket for my tire carrier. I plan on taking my spare mounting bracket to a welder, having him pop out the old studs and weld in some new ones. Anyone off the top of their head know what size the bolt would be for the lug nuts? Thanks!
