The Blitz cans work perfectly. If you want to run a NATO style can you will need adapter brackets.

I actually ditched the jerry cans and got the knuckles offroad tramp stamp with rotopax holder. I can carry 2 one gallon on the driver side (spacers for the tailgate hinges take up some space so only 1 gallon there) and 2 1.75 gallons on the driver side. I really like this combo better than the hanging jerry cans. If I had stayed with jerry cans I would have gotten the cradles for the scepter style cans.

The Blitz style cans have a lip around the bottom, the NATO cans are flat on the bottom. The OR-FAB carrier has a flange that receives the lip of the Blitz can. You can use NATO cans but have to purchase (or make) adapter brackets.

Are the spouts the same on both? Looks like they clamp on some how. I'm thinking of upgrading some of my plastic cans to these Im sick of the spouts that screw on and off. I'm usually getting 20-30 gallons of gas in cans a month and sick of the dealing with leaky screw on spout

I run the NATO cans on my LOD rack, I prefer them to the blitz cans or anything else which says CARB approved. In my experience they all leak. I ran with 2 full NATO cans from MI to AZ and back, wheeled in TX, NM, AZ, CO had massive elevation changes and off camber situations and never spilled a drop.

So far so good...no leaks with my Blitz cans. The plastic pours spouts that come with them are CRAP! I use a shaker siphon tube to transfer fuel out. Works like a charm
