What is weakest link in the rubicon?

Depends on how much off road and what you do.

1. Driver.
2. Winch (because the driver will want to try that next obstacle)
3. Rear winch point
4. Beefed up armor cause when you fall off the boulder and get high centered and seriously dent the stock armor
5. Rancho skid plate from front diff, AEV for back diff

now that you are equipped to do bigger stuff, then
6. C gussets
7. Steering box and shafts.

Now that you are even more equipped you can and you have a serious case of Jeep on your hands:
8. bend your tie rod
9. break the track bar mount

In my jeep, it's the nut behind the wheel. Never know what it will do next. There is smart wheelin and then there is, hold my beer while I try this.

Hrm... wonder who has those now?

But actually I think the rear one is a warn skid, after looking at it. The AEV Nth skid extends forward a bit to cover where the DS meets the rear dif and the Warn doesn't...

Otherwise, your analysis was pretty spot on. Haha.
