Default What width and offset for a 15" wheel?

I am getting ready to order some new wheels and tires. Wanting to go to a 15" rim and run a 35/12.50. What width and offset do you guys recommend 8 with -19 or 10 with -46? Planning on procomp 8179's. Any pics would be appreciated especially front shots so I can see how far they stick out. Thanks.
