ID:	134751mechanic help me with the pinion preload and carrier. Backlash was set all following the write up you wrote up... Actually made the job a whole lot easier! (even though I didnt have a good turn out that was still an awesome write up) Gear mesh was also on point. Got a truck picking up the Jeep and hopefully the second time is the charm! Yukon only warranties to the original vendor I guess. (northridge 4x4) So hopefully they will be able to work with me, because now I'm broke! Heres the only pic I snapped....

....hmm, I would have to say it's not the gears that failed so much as the carrier/diff you had as you make mention of the spider gears inside being toast...was this the original LSD you re-geared? Or another unit you used?

Original... Should have replaced it when doing the swap... Now I'm siting outside NAS Jacksonville's front gate waiting for a tow truck to haul her away and get it put back together with a guarantee
