I'm guessing you did this at a local shop...
I've been thinking of doing the same. I've seen the cat back kits for the JK, but I know they are all like $300+. What is the pros and cons of the two? Is there something special with the cat back systems Vs. just getting the muffler?

yeah I had it put it on by a local shop the only thing that I know is different is in the cat back all the piping is pre-bent and doesnt have to be welded. Correct me if I am wrong.

I agree the Cooltech is nice but Brett Woods kit uses the same Magnaflow but with what I think is a better tail pipe. All of his stuff is first class. You wont be disapointed if you get it.

Woods does make some awesome stuff...Where did you find the woods muffler kit? I was looking at his website and the full kit lists for $400 while the Cool Tech lists their price at $299...Thanks....

Woods tail pipe

X2 on the 40 Series. This thing sounds sweet, especially after breaking it in.

If money isn't a big issue Borla is one you want to look at! Sounds great (I also have the Airaid) and the quality is top notch. You can save some by getting the axle back set up, no real need for the full catalyct converters back (catback). Go to their website for sound bytes and more info. Search you tube as well.
