The General Rule is; if you stay under 3" you do no need a new Front Driveline. I have seen several 4" lifts with a Stock Rear Driveline.
You will be good to go with the adjustable lower control arms and the stock driveline. ( I am running that setup as we speak.)

TRIM!!! Peace of mind.... Check, extra clearance..... Check, and not to mention when you air down and roll up on a rock your 1/8 gap is now a 1/8 or more cut. Cut the seam with a angle grinder, no need to weld. Cut the slider( if rubicon) with a metal table saw to keep the heat down and paint touchups minimal.... My 2cents

Thanks for the info guys. You all probably been down this path before. I removed my stock rock guards and have Shrockworks. I will probably order those control arms then.

I don't know about you, but I won't cut my jeep "just because". I know for a fact that no matter the pressure on the tire, I would never cut my rig unless I knew I would hit. Go air down to 12 psi (or wherever you air down to) and cycle your suspension with a jack, forklift, 2 post shop lift or whatever.

I certainly don't want anyone to think I'm telling them what to, just want to share what I did as a result of experience. Basically, I aired down to 12, and rolled up a ramp.... No problem, but!!!! When i rolled up onto a 16 inch tree stump, the tire flexed above the stump and started to rub on the stock rock slider. And of course cutting the slider meant cutting the pinch seam.... Again , my 2cents but I hope this is a little more descriptive, and hope it helps

Cut my pinch seam (though I think I need to re-do it) and just used a little epoxy to fill the gap and no issues thus far.
