Default which wheel size?

Hello everyone,

Its been a busy shopping week. I have the Gobi rack on order. It's tire and wheel time...

I'm going with the Eagle 1378's and two good choices for size

16x8 with +5mm offset and 4.625 BS
or
17x8 with -4mm offset and 4.25 BS

Expecting to get close to MT 33s 11.5 - 12.5 without doing a BB lift anytime soon (ok, u never know)

I cant seem to find a vendor in southern calif to purchase from (which would be preferred) so I will be buying online. Which size will be best to avoid any rub of wheel or tire on jeep?

Do you think a tire place will have any problem mounting tires for me if I purchase from them? Should I supply the TPMS?

Hope I didn't offend anyone with a stupid question.

Thx...Jay

I would go with the 17x8 with -4mm offset and 4.25 BS and you should have no problems having a shop install them
