I just installed SpiderTrax 1.25" spacers on my '07 Sahara, no
extra modifications were needed. The factory lugs do not extend beyond the 1.25" spacer. It was an easy bolt on process. I think the stock #is WSH-006,
I bought them from Quadratec. They brought the tires even with the fenders,
looks great (in my opinion). I will try to post a picture later today.

I emailed Spidertrax before the spacers arrived, because I read that I would
have to cut the factory lugs and I did not want to do that. Thomas Kingston
from Spidertrax told me via email that he would exchange them even-up for the new 1.50" spacers if I had any problems. I have the factory 18" wheels that are an option for the Sahara. Pictures as soon as my wife gets home (She has the digital camera with her). The correct Spidertrax stock # is WHS-006.

I like the factory 18" wheels, but they looked like they were "tucked in" under the fenders too far. I only used the 1.25" spacers to push them out a little.
Just my personal preference.

Default best mod for the $

To me flush with the flares was also key, looks great, thats the best mod for the $ no doubt in my humble opninion. So they make a 1.25 thats good to know...... I was able to get the look I wanted with my new rims and tire set up but was ready to get the spacers if needed in case when my new set up was installed it did not look as I had hoped...... but turned out OK...

Default Do the Rubicon Wheels sit flush?

I think it looks best when the wheels are flush or barely extend beyond the fender. I think the spacers are a great look. Question, are the wheels on the Rubicon flush, or inside the fender?

I was also curious about this. There are No unlimited Rubicons near me, nor have I even seen one. Can anyone who already has one answer this question? I've looked at the pictures in the forum, few are of Rubicons, none show a good photo down the side so we can see if the tires are tucked into the fenderwells at all.

I would amagine since all the JK's have the same backspacing in the wheels that yea the rubi's would still be tucked inside the fenders...but I too hav'nt seen one in person that's just speculation...
