Like everyone has said. Install them correctly and maintain them correctly. And you will have no problems. I check mine every 5,000 miles ( Oil change. Rotate tires and check torque on spacers ). I've done this to many times to count. And I've never had a spacer nut move during re-checking.

anyone have problems with tire shops not dealing with wheel spacers? i have heard some places wont touch your jeep if it has wheel spacers on

I've had mine on for 3 yrs. Not a single problem. Running Rough Country hub-centric 1.5" spacers. Majority of shops won't work on anything with wheel spacers, liability issue. Wheel spacers work great.

Spidertrax for sure. I have 1.5" on mine and no issues.

The shop that I had my tires mounted would not install them on the Jeep with the spacers on.

Loaded both sets in the back of my VW bus and hauled them over there with the Jeep on jack stands.

They said it was a liability issue...

I've had no problem with mine. I needed them in order fit wide 33's with the stock 17' rims. I forget which brand they were, but they are a pretty obnoxious red, and want to say they were about $50 each maybe.
