I ended up replacing all of my wheel studs with replacements from the auto parts store for insurance.

I've used the Rough Country 1.5" spacers on two different Jeeps and have never had an issue with them.

Here is just one of several I found on eBay doing a quick search. #280917795548 found several with wrong hub center bore but u can message any of them to find the correct listing or browse forever.

Specs
T6 6061 Billet aluminum
71.5mm center bore
5x5 bolt pattern
1/2" x 20 wheel studs grade-8 or higher
2" thick

I'd send u the link to the ones I bought but the iPhone ap doesn't go back far enough.
If you really want it, ask and I'll dig thru eBay on the PC later on.....

Is it riskier to go that thick or is the 2" just as safe as the 1.5"?

It should be fine. I've been running the 1.75" spacers for a few years now, no problems.

I run 1.75" spacers on mine. To figure-out the correct size, figure out what backspace you want. The 1.75" spacers with the stock rubi wheel's 6.25" backspace, nets me the equivalent of 4.5" backspace.

Just got these in mail look very strong. Grade 8 lugs, 6061 aluminum and hub centric for like $50-70 less than other brand names.

I've been running the Alloy 1.5" spacers on my 08 JKU since Feb and have had them wheeling through some pretty rugged stuff out at Hidden Falls here in TX with no problems so far. They were a little cheaper than the spidertrax and I was already ordering from Xtreme offroad anyhow... I'm happy with them.
