If you are using stock rims? Yup.

If you are using aftermarket rims, just get the rims with the corrected backspacing, and that eliminates the need for spacers.

Do you think 4.5" of backspacing will work? Thanks

anything between 3.75" and 4.75" should be fine. With the 4.75 possibly causing some rubbing at full flex. (factory Wheels have 6.25" of backspacing, so 6.25" - 1.5" spacers = 4.75" backspacing)

Just keep in mind, the LESS the backspacing, the Further it pushes the tires away from the Jeep.
