Inconvenient? Yes, but I'm more than willing to live with it - it makes the Jeep look SOOOO much better IMO.
Yeah, I get that (and totally agree with you about the look ), but my point was what's the difference between this and 4.5" of backspacing? Nothing, right? So why don't we hear the same level of complaints about mud with aftermarket wheels? Maybe we do and I just don't see it because I can't afford aftermarket wheels, so I don't go to those threads.

Could be that people putting on aftermarket wheels with more backspacing - expect more throwback on their Jeep?? I expect to hit the car wash after wheeling so a little more on the sides or wherever won't matter to me.

I have spacers AND 4.5 inches of backspacing, so if anyone should be complaining, it's me.

Wheel spacers are made for function, not just looks. People use them for wider tires instead of buying new rims, etc. I have spacers on my rear wheels, you just have to be careful that they're installed correctly.

If you are going to need new tires anytime soon; you should just pick up some cheap wheels with proper backspacing... You would be surprised at how cheap you can get some decent wheels; and not all that much more money than spacers...

I think you will like the look alot. the wider stance even makes the stock tires look bigger

Only thing you could have done better is ordering from Northridge 4x4
