Default Wheel and Tire Help

OK so I have been looking for wheels and tires for a while now and I have found some good deals on Craigslist but I need some help to see if they will fit w/o spacers or rubbing. I have a 2010 4door JK Sport, I have found a set of 5 18x9 XD misfits on Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's 305/60R/18's. The guy I'm buying them off of says that they came of his jeep but it had a 2.5 sup lift on it and he didn't know if they would rub or not w/o the lift. Just wondering if anyone has this set up and could tell me if I am going to have issues with rubbing or not and if I would need to get spacers for it?

They will hit if you wheel it. I'd put on a leveling kit.

Ok so as long as I don't take it wheeling I should be fine? My Jeep is my DD and I do want to do some wheeling in it but its not going to be an everyday or weekend type thing for now. I just want to make sure that when I am driving to work that I am not going to here too much rubbing on my fenders when I turn and whatnot. Thanks for the input, really appreciate it!

Refer to the link AFPilot gave you in your other post.
You want a minimum of 4.5" backspace on rims.
No lift tire height of 33" tires.
2.5" lift can fit 35" tires.
If the tires rub the flares either add bump stops or trim flares/ buy flats.
If the tires rub your front control arms then adjust your steer stops. There's a write up on this.
