I'm running the RC 2.5 BB with 315/75/16's. It does rub off road, especially with the sway bars disconnected. If I had longer bump stops or cut the fenders it would take care of it though. The RC kit is taller in front so eliminates some of the rake but if you added a winch it would come back. Drives great on road, no complaints there even with MT's.

Will you be disconnecting? Adding bumpstops? Trimming fenders or going to flats? A lot depends on how you set it up and how/where you'll be driving, but yes, you can easily rub tires on fenders on a 2.5" lift. Set it up right, and you'll be fine though.

When you have a chance, search for some of Planmans recent threads for pics and setup info. He's running 37's on a 2.5" lift, 1" body lift, and flats.

I have the teraflex 2.5bb with 315-70/17s on stock wheels with wheel spacers and I don't rub at all, even when disconnected. Kinda surprised too. The front end on mine is a little lower so I would reccomend a coil spacer if u are going the bb route with the spacers instead of coils. The bumpstops on the kit keep my tires out of the fender even when flexed all the way out. Good luck!

I'd love to hear from anyone running 35's on an OME lift. I have the 618/619 set-up and am looking to swap out for 35's in another month or two. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

What information are you looking for? Lots of us are running OME, it's a very popular lift. Good ride quality, but like any other lift, you need to set it up for 'your' conditions.

-I have the heavy coils with a 3/4" spacer up front, giving 4" of lift. Even with ext bumpstops, I still rub my 34's on the fenders while disconnected.
-I wasn't happy with the flighty handling after the lift, so I added new CA's.
-I have extended brake lines, and still ripped a rear line off the frame. A quick trip and $5 at the hardware store, and brake line extension brackets were added.

Anyway, there are dozens of OME threads on this site. Do a few searches and see how other people are set up to get an idea of what else you may (or may not) need to do.
