Who's Running a Sprintex Supercharger (3.8 V6)
Hey all,
So after seeing one for sale on a forum, I am considering getting a Sprintex supercharger (without intercooler) for my 08 JK with the 3.8 V6. I'm curious who is running one, and what they have to say about it. If anyone is running one in the US Southwest I would be even more interested, due to the non-intercooler setup in a higher temperature climate.
Keep in mind: my JK is not a daily driver, more of a weekend vehicle and does trip off-road, within a couple miles of the house, or is on the freeway for many hours at a time. I'm looking to gain a better driving experience on the freeway for going across Phoenix, up into the mountains, and nearby states (and possibly) going father like to Chicago and Montana in a year or so.
Any feedback is highly appreciated. I've seen the kits online, new with a Diablo tuner for ~$2600. I'm not really looking to spend the extra ~$2000 on an intercooler add-on.
