Hey thanks a lot, I have been trying my hardest to build this thing up. I bought it brand new last year in April.
Its a rubicon so I have the d44 up front. I was a newbie last year so I bought evo sleeves and gussets but I wish I didn't get the sleeves so I can upgrade my e-locker to an arb with 35 spline shafts. I also have lower control arm skids, rcv shafts and 2 weeks ago I installed synergy ball joints.
For the tires, its not so much the weight that will break the axle its the.leverage from.the 37's or larger. Some guys manage to break their axles ir bend their "C's" even with 35's, but thats because they are heavy on the skinny pedal.
So far my jeep has been doing ok, besides me blowing out the ball joints and the passenger front unit bearing. I try to take it real easy in the rocks. If I start shock loading the suspension, then I will stop, back up and take a different line.
I also managed to break my rear e-locker back in January and it.wouldn't disengage. Luckily my dealer replaced the whole carrier for free. 37's are fun but just be prepared to bend or break something sooner than normal

X2, a body lift keeps a lower center of gravity than spacers. My main reason was I was at my max suspension lift without doing long arms and driveshafts but wanted more clearanve

I just ordered 2" body lift. My main reason was a temporary fix to clear 35" tires til I get the flat flares. I have a 13 jkus with 3.5 aev dualsport sc lift

You need a two inch body lift to clear 35's when you already have a 3.5 inch lift. Maybe need to adjust bumpstops?

They clear as it sits but not on full flex.

Yeah I am agreeing with that statement. Personally I like the look of a 1"-1.25" body lift, and they are easy to install.

You can run 40+ inch tires on 5" of lift....perhaps just cut the fenders?
