Default Wide wheels

I know i'm not the only guy thinking it...! I like wide wheels! I'll stay away from the 15's and 16's (too small IMO) and I'd like to go from 18's to 17's...

Why is it so hard to find a 17" x 10" wheel? Specifically 5 on 5, 17 x 10, 4.5" max backspace?

Can anyone answer this?

Post wide wheels / adapt

Yea ..I'm in the same boat ...seems to be a very limited selection.
noting ...you can get a wheel adapter from spidetrax.

5 on 5" to 5 on 5-1/2" - a few more wheels to look at.

I'm still looking ...I see a lot of guys run spacers ...same difference I suppose.

nothing wrong with 17" or 18" wheels but 10" wide is a bit much for wheeling. when aired down, you will run the risk of rolling your bead. if you get an 8" wheel with 4.5" or less back spacing, you will find a lot more selections, will get a similar look and will get a wheel that will hold your bead a lot better.
