I have searched for 3hrs and cannot find a clear answer. Yesterday i bought a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. I'm keeping the stock wheels and I want to go with 33" tires and no spacers/lift. Will a 285x70x17 or a 33x11.5x17 fit or is it too wide? If not will i have to go with a 33x10.5x17. I don't want them to rub. Thanks!

I'm puttin on 315/70-17 duratracs right now, they rub the front air dam, but its gettin trimmed. I expect to get some rubbing during flex until i get my lift on. I'd think you would be ok, but maybe someone else with that size tire would care to chime in?

 

Oh yeah, and i'm drivin a 2011 jk, if that makes any difference...
