I appreciate everyones input. Not having a lot of money, a 3 year old, and a prego wife I don't wanna mess my jeep up. As for gears I'm not too concerned about them now. I live in northern Ohio which is pretty flat and I don't do a lot of highway driving. I've been thinking about 16" soft 8's cept being in Ohio where it snows or rains everyday and the fact that my jeep sits outside has kinda steered me away from steel wheels. The wheels I pictured I can get for 100 I'm just concerned about the width 7.5 where 35's recommend at least 8" and the spacing which I've got mixed answers about. Anybody got the rough country bb? Could that be paired with a rough country body lift 1.25" which would put me at about 3 3/4" or would I hafta start buying more stuff if I go that high?

I run 35's on the stock steel wheels with wheel spacers I also have the RC BB 2.5" as well as their 1.25" body lift you will be fine to run that setup I run about 28ish psi in my tires to get an even wear rides great to granted I have a 2dr but that won't make a difference

I have an 07 and I'm running a Teraflex coil lift (2.5) with the jeep commander rims and the old style Goodyear mtr 37x12.5x17 with spidertrax wheel spacers and a superchip. I have 4.10 gears and with the 37's and super chip I get 14.5-15 mpg in the city. Haven't done much highway but when I have it doesn't go lower than that so don't have to worry about gas mileage that much if u get a super chip.
