Default Will these wheels fit

I'm looking at some used pacer wheels with these specs. Will that back spacing work. I'm currently using stock rubicon tires but will eventually go with some 33 or 35

And my rubicon tires will work on there fine? He also said he doesn't have the center caps. Do these rims need a centric ring in them?

Yea your rubi's will work with no rub I'm running the same off set with 20's and 35 inch nitto mudd grapplers with a tiny bit of rubbing at full lock so you will be fine
