Winch license plate holder...
I have seen the ones that attach to roller fairlead and you can flip it up to use the winch.....damned if I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can buy this stupid thing.

I don't think that is the one he is talking about. I believe that one just "clips" the the fairlead. The one he is talking about has a hinge on top and flips up when you need to use the winch. I've seen what he is looking for, but I also have no idea where to get one (and I will also be in the market for one soon).

Another forum member on here discovered that use can use Mag light mounting brackets and attach a metal plate( to connect the two brackets and mount the tag to) to attach as a tag holder on a roller fairlead. Simple and cheap.

ok here is the link to it incase you havent found it yet, I am thinking about getting this, my plate keeps getting bent to hell 4wheelin on my bumper....I think the Jersey Devil grabbed it and bent it last time
