I already have to swap and extend the cables because they are short. I will measure the box and post.

That's why I mounted my winch box backwards. The wires go out the front. The negative cable I was able to route correctly but the positive cable is just sort of draped over everything from the grill straight to the battery, not run nice and neat around the side

Give up. Had to extend cables anyway, used battery cables from auto store. I would need four to mount under hood. 15.99 each . This way only had to spend 30.

I made 2 brackets out of flat stock, moved the engo box forward about 1.5 inches and have good clearance for the wires

Oh well. Function over form. Let us know how it runs. I want the bigger version of that winch but I'm sure it's got similar engineering.
