pretty sure all winch mounts need some sort of cutting. You can get a winch on a tray that slides into your rear reciever hitch and you can just put it in the back when you go wheelin

I think this is what your looking for (first one in list)

http://www.roughcountry.com/winch_mounts.html

I think it mounts where your front tow hooks are so if you have them i dont think you need to cut anything..

FYI though, it is pretty expensive seeing as i got a brand new Smittybilt front bumper with winch mount for $349 (100 more than winch plate)

Got it on Amazon.com - http://www.amazon.com/Smittybilt-767...4670977&sr=8-1 (Also got free Two day shipping if you sign up with amazon prime)
Installation is also easy stuff. Got my stock bumper removed on my 30 min lunch break. Installed new bumper on my 15 break at work

From what ive heard; you either love this style or hate it. If you do hate it, Rugged Ridge makes Stubby Front Bumper with integrated winch plate for around the same price
