Ramsey makes a no-cut winch plate too, I believe. Check out quadratec...
If you want another relatively cheap option for winch mount bumper, the ORFab stubby bumper with winch mount is only around $350 also, I believe.
I got the non-winch mount one for cheaper, but now kicking myself b/c I am trying to find a winch plate to work with it... I may end up just buying it (bc I love the look) and selling my non-winch mount to recover some funds, but we'll see. I would definitely buy a $350 winch mount bumper before I spent $250 on the warn, ramsey, or rough country type plates.
