X2. Got em last week, sit out and down and have the antenna bracket if you want it. Got a stubby antenna also so I didn't use the bracket. Easy as pie and cheap from Quadratec.com. Even Smitty can't screw up mirror brackets.

One ones for the JK on the Olympic site are made by Rugged Ridge and seem to be the straight up style.

OpenTrackRacer- the Olympics are totally different than the rugged ridge. Check out the follwing thread:

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...ket-by-Olympic

They sit higher than the smittys, but the light is definitely out to the side more than the rugged ridge.

I found them on the Quadratech site. They look very similar to the SmityBilt brackets and seem to have about the same offset and height.

I just have rugged ridge brackets with IPF 900xs lights, and I don't mind that they are slightly in the way, the rear view mirror is more in the way until you flip it. Plus, I like the idea that my mirrors and fenders are going to hit anything way before my lights will. The mirrors bend, and the fenders, well, they're the stock jk fenders

anyway here's a pic

I use the KC brackets and they didn't come with a gasket to use. I just used the wrapping foam that came with them (Thanks Dave). And The passenger side wiper scrapes across the light when changing blades. I learned the hard way when I scratched my brand new black KCs. Thankfully I had black touch up in hand.

I had a chance to take a closer look this morning. The Olympic brackets do have about the same offset but they place the lights around two inches higher than the SmittyBilt parts. The tabs come off the top rather than the bottom (like most others).

I can't see any disadvantage to placing the lights higher. I allows for a longer stud if needed and might even cut down on glare.

Very interesting!
