I just orderd a set of 37"s to replace my Mickey Thompson 35" Baja Crawlers. Loved the Bajas, but after going up in lift height I thought I'd try the Goodyears. Most of the reviews are positive, except for Ice traction.

the MTR is the best all around use tire I have ever had, and I have had a lot of tires over the years.

Great road manners, Great puncture resistance, great performance on and off road.

Just make sure you rotate them frequently otherwise they get goofy wear patterns and get loud.

x1000!

These are awesome tires. Indestructible and very reliable off road tire. They get very loud, very quickly. Rotate every 3k and you should be alright. The ones on my TJ wore out quickly and I'm not sure why since I rotated every 3k, but they only lasted about 25k miles. I probably could have gone another 5k, but the knobs wore out quickly and wanted new ones anyways - I replaced them with another set of MT/Rs.

what everyone said above except they are not the best in real muddy situations., they don't have a real aggressive side wall and they don't clean out real well. Other than that they are awesome.

They arent indestructable.. and for that matter are not worth anywhere near how expensive they actually are. you can do better for less, especially if you like crawling in the rocks.

Couple of tires to compare it with.

KM2's,
KM's
for more traction but more wear consider going baja claws and running reverse--youll have to rotate them frequently,
Mickey Thompson MTZ's
