Check out the orientation of the track bar. You might be able to adjust it for better exhaust clearance. Is it the clamp on the exhaust or the exhaust tube itself?

Now I only have one small issue. I relocated the rear sway bar back exactly one inch like the instructions say but now it seems that I get a rattle every now and then from the muffler touching it. When I installed it I knew it was close (about half and inch away) but I didn't think much would hit it but now and then it's annoying.

So my question is, does any body have an idea of what I can do to insulate the bar from the muffler? I'm all stock exhaust and can't modify the suspension any so something to do with the muffler or a high temp bushing?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I also did not get a windshield banner with my 2.5 Max Travel:(

I also have a lot noise coming from my swaybar links front and rear. I unhooked both F & R and it went away they clunk and pop. At slow speed is when I notice it the most.

Hey guys thanks for the thoughts but the rear track bar comes up just a bit when pulling in and out of the drive and hits the rear of the over axle drop in the exhaust pipe. The track bar is about as close as I can get it to be in line and not too far off from center but doesn't touch much. I'm not sure what I can do to get any more clearance.

The only other rattle I have is where my muffler will touch the rear sway bar on the passenger side and rattle over bumps but I was able to fix that with a simple piece of 3/4" heater hose slipped over the sway bar to cushion it.

The suspension is great and so much better than what I had on the Jeep and I love it. Once I get the rattles subdued I will be much happier with it. I can't wait to get it out and flex it's muscles a bit on the trails.

Well as said before I snapped some pics this evening of the Jeep with its new suspension. Tried to get a little artistic so hope ya don't mind.

And just a fun one with the wheat field out by the house.

Thanks a ton for the great suspension RockKrawler, it rides and handles great. I can't wait to finish the brake lines and go test the flex soon.

I love my 3.5" X-Factor System. Only issue I have had is with the front drivers side spring.
For whatever reason, The spring bows outwards toward and rests just barely touches the sway bar. I'm wondering if the fine people at Rock Krawler have any idea why?
I have flexed the shit out of it and tucked that wheel as far up in that fender as far as it can go and have had zero issues with performance...It's more aesthetic as far as I know.

In the pic below you can see how close it sits right now so I get smashing off the track bar. If I rotate the exhaust, it begins to hit the sway bar.

Dam that exhaust is hanging down really low. Is that OEM?

The front sway bar disconnects will have a very slight click to them on the bottom. Make sure you have the nylon washers installed on each side of the heim joint as shown in the instructions if you are using them as true disconnects. If you have a Rubi and are using them as simple extended links, then make sure the hardware is tight, jam nuts are tight and the heim joints are in phase with each other (lined up).

For the rear, they should be quiet. It should just be just a loose connection or the joints are out of phase.

Make sure the Jam Nuts on the sway bar links with heims are cranked tight!
