Default Xdi cai

i did some searching on the forum about the True Flow XDI Cold air intake, but nothing i've seen really talks about the intake itself.

i've heard of it before, and i was wondering if anyone has any comments on JUST the intake minus the exhaust. that will come later, but for now i just plan on getting a couple more horses to get the unlimited movin a bit faster.

feedback please! read reviews and stuff, but they arent too informative. i'v looked at dyno's and stuff too, but nothing really convinces me. not just with the true flow, but with other intakes too. im thinking either True Flow XDI Air Intake, or the AEM Brute force stage 2......

Since you live in Seattle, I doubt you are smashing through swamps and such, just be warey of river crossings. I don't have either yet, but everything I have read says chipping gets you more bang for the buck.

I have the XDI on my jeep w/out exhaust. It sounds good, I like it. Not to bad to clean as long as you use their cleaner.

All the oiled filters are a bit of a pain to clean, clean, let dry, drink some beer, rinse, let dry drink another few, then oil and re-install. It's really not all that bad if you gotta 12pk
