I got the XHD bumper/carrier combo for $726 shipped I got off ebay. I am completely satisfied with it and at this price it is good quality. I have the heavy 35" Toyos so a carrier was an absolute must.

That's nice. And not overly expensive. Is that the factory hitch on there?

I'd like to keep my factory hitch.

So, what's wrong with a spare tire cover and why should I care what anyone thinks?

I dont see anything wrong with tire covers, but a lot of people use them to hide a mismatched spare. My wife wants to get me one to paint up herself, but i have a matching spare (33x12.5) and a centermounted License plate so it wont work, or I would have one.

There are mechanical reasons to NOT run a mismatched spare that can be very harmful to your drivettrain, tons of threads on that so i wont go into it.

It is a pet peeve of mine to see an awesome jeep with great rims and tires... and a stock pizza cutter on the back, covered or not it just bugs me. It looks unfinished, Why cheap out on one rim/tire? I know some people dont care about it, and to each thier own and all, but I just dont like the way it looks.

Stock carrier with my 33" KM2. If I go bigger I will pick up the carrier for my rugged ridge rear bumper
