Default Your suggestions please

Now that I have a 2nd job I can shop for new wheels and tires. I don't like the way the 18" wheels and tires look and the tires are really bad when the road gets a little wet. I spend most of my time commuting on hiways so I think an all terrain tire would be best. I don't want to install a lift but I want a setup that fills the wheel wells and maintains a beefy look. Any suggestions regarding wheel and tire sizes will be greatly appreciated.

As far as all terrains go, I really like the look of ProComp Extreme AT. If I didn't have so much mud to deal with, or if I wasn't taking it offroad, that's what I'd get. Also like PJ Dirt Gripz, but there kind of pricey.
