Your thoughts on these rims
I'm thinking of going to 15x10 rims and 35's. After going thru all the posts on 15" rims over the last week or so I was leaning towards 3.75" backspacing and hoping to avoid having to grind brake calipers. What are your thoughts on these rims?

Or these

I would painting these OD green.
Any thoughts on fitment or has anyone tried these particular rims? (Either one) If so, any fitment issues? I couldn't see where anyone was actually running these particular rims tho I may have missed it.
Was thinking of just ordering one rim and test fitting unless I can find someplace local that has these exact wheels and do a test fit there first.
I had figured on trying these because I noticed that people running Cragers generally had to grind the calipers but it seemed they had 4" backspacing and thought that with these being 3.75 I would be able to avoid that.

Just a heads up, before they mount tires to those wheels, have the tire shop run them on their balancer to make sure the blem is not a bent wheel.
Sometimes steel wheels are not 100% true (without a bend or wobble). A little bend or wobble can be fixed with balancing weights. I bigger bend or wobble cannot be compensated for. As long as 4 of the 5 wheels are good, you can have the one requiring more weights as your spare.

Was planning on doing my test fit without a tire on the rim. Don't even have tires yet.
BTW, blems are supposed to be cosmetic in nature only. No biggie for me since I will be sure to bash em up anyways. Was planning on using this one as a spare anyways for the time being as I still have a stocker on the tailgate.
Will be checking it out for trueness though, thanks.

Damn! The Cragar 365 V-5 in 15x10 and 3.75" backspacing rub on the front calipers. As I am not comfortable griding on the calipers of a Jeep that is 1 year old and still under warranty, I will not be running these.

Black Rock Wheels (which are made by Cragar), has a JK specific part number almost identical to that first one that will fit with NO grinding whatsoever. They are here:

Also on a side note......Hummers have "rims", Jeeps have "wheels".

What chicken said.
As for the rims/wheels thing:
You may say "democrat", and I may say "Worthless tree huggin, birkenstock wearing, kumbaya singin, bleeding heart, not worthy to drink the toilet water of our Service Members, tax raising, coolaid drinking, self serving, elitist liberal."
For the most part, same same.
