Default Help with shocks

I have the 4 inch X flex lift from RC. My jeep bounces when I hit bumps, anyone have any sugestions. Tire pressure is not set high. I was thinking of changing out the 2.2 shocks that came with the kit.

The shocks are made for the lift. I was told that they are known to be stiff.

are they new tires also? this may sound dumb but on my 35's on my 2dr there is a huge difference in ride with 30PSI or 35 PSI. I would try some things out before going and buying "good shocks at 100+ each)

I will try to lower tp to 30. Hope it will not kill my mpg. lol
Any sugestions on shocks? was thinking Rancho 9000's or Bilstiens, although I heard they are stiff too.

Bilstiens are great. I love mine. I'm running 4.5" lift.

Define: "Bounces" does it hop once or undulate several times per impact? Is one tire contacting the impact point, like a pot-hole while turning? or are all four impacting the offending obstruction like a bad-ass expansion joint? It may be more of a spring issue than a shock issue. A video is very helpful in seeing what the problem is.....

The new rock krawler shocks are nice and they can custom valve them for the type of driving you do.

All for tires are on the ground. No turn needed. It's just a terrible ride when I hit frost heeves ,speed bumps or bridge expansion joints. I went and talked to steve at Jeep country in epsom NH. He said most likely shocks.
