Edmunds price quoter shows auto temp at $895-does not seem right?

I ordered a 2011 Det. Yellow Sahara on August 18Th. Dealt only with the sales manager and used my work discount to get the price below invoice. After I had the price where it was a smoking deal I asked about trading in my 02 sport with 90K. The didn't drive it or put it on a lift and they are giving me $8k for the trade in. I was floored. What a deal. I'm a little concerned about the painted yellow fenders on the Sahara being a little too much. Can anyone out there point me to some pics of a yellow jeep with yellow fenders? If it's too much I can always swap out them with some black ones.

Ship date is scheduled for 9-17. I will post some pics as soon as I get it...

Although not Sahara nor stock, it will give you an idea of the colored finders. Although I am wondering IF you also get the colored hard top if it may be too much yellow??? NO.. Go for it!

Got my Tread Lightly membership pack today. It included the information needed to get the discount for a new Jeep. You need to get the Control Number from https://www.chrysleraffiliates.com/l...olNumberLayout but the 2011s are not listed yet. I called Chrysler and they told me the program does include the 2011s and they will be loaded on their web site in a few weeks. If you need your control number before they have updated their website, just call (888) 444-4321 and have the company code for Tread Lightly.

Oh yeah, there was also information on getting a $100.00 rebate when you buy four new Wrangler tires. That will come in handy when I get some 315/70/17R Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar!!!!

Anyone know the number to call to get updates? I tried 1-877-426-5337 and the lady I spoke to told me I could get the information from my dealer. I know some years ago we could call and get updates without calling the dealer as long as we had a VIN or VON... Any ideas, or should I try the phone number again?


UPDATE

Called back and the lady I spoke to at Jeep told me that they use to answer these ?'s through their customer service but had changed this two weeks ago. They now want us to bug the dealer!!!

That's not true. I called yesterday. My ship date is still set for 9/17 and they told me that the dealer would see it in up to 30 days after that. I figure once it ships I will bug the dealer.

I agree... I'm thinking the lady I talked to @ JEEP didn't want to look it up. No problems... I talked with the dealer and talked to a lady in the office who is willing to let me bug her...

But, now I'm thinking of MODS!!!!

I'm worried that some of the mods that I want won't fit the 11's. If they don't it will give me time to save.
