I would suggest sucking it up and buying the Mopar bolt and use blue loctite on it when replacing.

I use blue loctite on those bolts, as well as the 3 bearing bolts on each side should you ever remove them. I've had both brake and bearing bolts work their way out with spirited driving down pothole-filled washboard roads even though I am 100% sure they were all torqued to spec.
