Welcome to the JK-Forum! Yeah I've always had buyers remorse with my color I do love my steel blue metallic, but to this day rescue green has been my favorite color of the JK's

 

Thank you! I am usually a black, white, or red kind of vehicle owner but when I this 08 Jeep three years ago I couldn't pass up the great deal I got. Since then I have learned to love it. I wish I could say the home is mine but it's a vacation rental in Gatlinburg, TN.

 

Thanks for the reply. Buyers remorse happens with everyone, at some point, with most major purchases. Metallic blue is a great choice.

 

I thought so! We used to go to "Fratlinburg" TN all the time back in my fraternity days! Beautiful area. Edit: If you're ever curious to see if those front half doors fit a 2 door JK, let me know and I'll test them out for a while.

There was a time I would've traded my baby for a steel blue JKR (maybe even the JKUR), but not any more! Got the lockers going under her (with a built Rubi D44 front) in a few weeks and I've built my own Rubi. I love the color too, I was standing on the lot when it was delivered and told the man delivering it to hand me the keys, "she wasn't staying there for more than another 30 minutes." Sorry to hijack Doubledutch, like I said, nice color: very few left unfortunately.

 

I will let you borrow some half doors if you let me borrow those wheels, tires, and lift. When and where?
