JK, about darn time!
Former 2000s TJ Rocky Mountain edition owner. That Jeep was great! Lifted it a bit, put on 33s and a few other goodies, wheeled a few times. Life happened and had to sell the TJ. Glad to be back on the road in a Jeep again, this time a brand new Willys Wheeler JK. Could have gone Rubicon but frankly I never really go wheeling, definitely not often enough to warrant the extra off-road Rubi goodies, so I got a well-equipped Sport.
Just glad to be here, and learning plenty about these JK's (mods, maintenance and all). Already noticing it's nice to have the extra power and comfort but she still feels lile a Jeep should (like instant-safari!)

Enjoy the driving!

I'll definitely get some pics up when the weather subsides.
As it's been a while (7yrs or so!) since I've driven a Jeep, but it's still a normal "Jeep thing" with the JK's to have vague steering input and for these in obbier tires to wander and follow every crack in the road, yes?
Just a quick sanity check

This may not be the place to ask, but at the VERY top of the throw, just before the clutch is back completely away from the floorboards, I notice a single "click".
Normal Jeep "thing" man-tran mechanical noise? Everything functions great, making ZERO other clicks or clacks, and can only hear it with the windows down at parking-lot speeds.
Did I mention it's been several years since driving a manual transmission, too?
