I have a 2007 Sahara unlimited that has a belt squeal. I have replaced the belt twice along with the belt tensioner and belt pulley. I use the Dayco belt so it is not cheap belt but still get squeal. Almost sounds like the squeal comes from the belt markings on the belt. The first tensioner felt like not enough tension on belt so upgraded tensioner. Put dab of water on belt and squeal will stop briefly. Any ideas?
