Default Lurker living in NC

Thought I'd make my first post. I've been lurking for a while researching on my new to me 2013 Commando Green JK. M6. Stock other than a front bumper. Look forward to joining another community. I have had great luck on Camaro forums and look forward to joining a different segment of the car world.

I'm new here to, welcome. I have to admit that has always been one of my favorite colors on a Jeep, can't wait to see your build progress.

Thanks! I look forward to it. The color definitely played into why I picked this one up.

Come to think of it, is that a 6 speed? A guy I know here in Hampton Roads, VA recently traded in a 6 speed just like that...

It is a 6 speed. It had the factory top on it and no side steps when I picked it up. Haha did this guy have any known issues?

I would bet almost anything that is his old Jeep...No known issues. He loved it and regrets parting with it, but getting ready to retire from the Navy with a family it just wasn't big enough or practical for his needs. Think he traded it in for a Durango R/T if I remember correctly.
