Default New Jeep Owner

I just traded my 06 mustang gt in on a 07 4 dr jeep Sahara. The jeep is stock for now but I do have upgrades in mind the first big one is floor mats

Others

2-3 in lift (undecided on which one)
xhd front and rear bumper (unless told they are crap)
Winch (undecided on which one)
different tires

As you can see by what I traded this 4x4 thing is totally new to me. This jeep will be a dd and a week end trail goer. I would like to keep stock gearing for now but don't know if I can get it to look good with stock sized tires and the lift. Any advise or suggestions would be great or any other mods the people with experience think I need would be great. Not looking for a hard core off road jeep...just something some what capable off road but still good on road thanks in advance....here are some pics I am in Wichita Falls TX's if anyone is from here I would like to know where you wheel

Sorry if this doesn't answer your questions...but...

Watch for the garage door

It's one of the things (besides the cash flow issue of course) that keeps me from lifting my X. Guess that's what we get for buying an old house with a low garage...be sure to measure!

Welcome and Contrats!

If you're not thinking of larger tires for the looks, just wheel it like it is for a while and you'll find out if it is missing something. I think you'll be impressed.

Of course Jeep ownership comes with a certain level of peer pressure to go bigger...

Welcome...good question. I don't know how you would look up all the specifics, but I am sure you could get it from somewhere. Also, the Jeep is already very capable on the trails. You may be surprised at how much you can already do with it in it's current condition. Enjoy and keep asking because someone will help.

Welcome aboard

As far as getting your build sheet it was discussed here in the past that you could email Chrysler and request a build sheet...dunno if that's still something we can do but here's a link to the thread https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...t=build+sheets
