Sounds like a good plan to me. I agree with the updates jeeperjkj made to the list. I totally love the AEV Pintler wheels in grey, I have them on my wish list for when my current tires need to be replaced-new tires will be on these new wheels!

Even though I agree 100% it is a good option in Southern California, I am likely to move to the East Coast in about a year. I am concerned it will be dangerous to drive with it in front in ice and snow in 4 High.

Valid point, but from what I've read, it's so easy to install (and it's cheap enough) that you'd be served well by putting one in and then pulling it to sell if/when you move east.

Just a thought. It'd be better than being open until you can afford that ARB.

Actually makes a lot of sense - I can swap the locker for spider gears back and forth myself every other week if needed
