Hey everyone,my wife can't stop talking about her Rubicon Trip this past week.And now she wants to go back later this year.This might give those who could not make it a chance to run the trail.Over night stay at Buck Island.

 

Im bummed I missed out last time. I want to go. Starting from Tahoe would be nice for me because Im lazy. Jeeps all bueno btw.

 

I vote for camping at Buck Island lake as that was some of the nicest camping I have ever seen! Also the west end of the trail is much more interesting I thought.

 

Though I am out for about three weeks, I should be good to go after that!

In addition to an over-nighter, I will also be doing a one day trip for those of you interested. If I get a really motivated group, we'll do loon to the top of Cadillac and then back to loon in a day...

 

What was the final verdict on your rig?

 

Hope to make this one. I'm in New Zeland first cpl of weeks in Sept.

Conference for work. Going to try ad find some offroaders while there.

 

OK,sounds like we have interest in doing this again,X2 on the Buck Island stay over.Those who never been,you'll just have follow our lead.Now some dates Sept.27-28,Oct.13-14,Oct.27-28,these are my wife's days off.

 

Oct 27-28 I know I can do. I will have everything I need done before then.
