I think my rig is out.

My FDS is rubbing the pan. The RDS has a small tear on the boot.

I probably need to put a new gasket on pan.

This is a DD when I'm not riding solo on bike.

Thoughts? Safe for street? Not safe for Offroad?

It should be OK on the street. Just keep track of that leak to make sure it does not get any larger.

PM'd you with more info.

His is actually rubbing on the pan pretty bad and looks like it is leaking. Not sure it would be wise to flex it out like that on the Rubicon. Got any suggestions? File down the pan lip?

There is one in east Nicholas that I suggest you consider. I used to own it. It is completely built. 4-1, full float rear axle, manual hub conversion, ARBs, on board air, and lots of other stuff. I ran it across the Rubicon several times. Awesome rig! Perfect body. Hard top. Great ride.
