It took me a while, but I just found this page... very funny guys . I'll leave it on there for a while to amuse you and then it's gone!

P.S. Nice to meet you this weekend Liz, I hope you and Sean had a great time without any trouble on the way in or out. I'll definitely see you there next year!

It was nice meeting you as well! Very cool that we caught up to you at one point

You know, We actually came in late and the trail was desolate (I mean nobody!!!)until a little before we met you.
No spotters - but a mechanic - 2 guides (not spotters) and 2 guys broken down. So we knew we were safe and plucked along.
It was fine until Big Sluice. Then the trail got insane --->Major white knuckle / pucker factor. HOLY CRAP! (minor carnage) All good and fixable.
Par for the course

Hey, Were you one of the 20 rigs that had to turn back to Buck island? We had passed you at that point.
Director Dan (exgman) told us about some breakage and that they turned a group around Friday night telling them to stay there for the night.
I never saw you after that and wondered- though one of the spotters said you made it in.

Which part was big sluice? I'm still not really familiar with the trails, but there was one part out on cadillac hill that I almost scraped my doors on, it already had bunch of blue and yellow paint on the rock . Hope everything can be repaired.

We did stop at Buck Island for a swim, so that's probably where you passed us. There was our group with about 20 jeeps from Salinas and then another group of 20 from South County who we knew. They were the ones with the broken rig, it was a Toyota that was knocking like crazy before it even got to the gatekeeper. We stayed and helped them a bit, then kept going. By around 5 or 6, we would stop and bust out salami and cheese and jagermeister until the spotters would make us keep moving . Cruising the Rubicon in style...

We also left at around 5:00am, but you must have been ahead of us. All in all, it was a great time!
