You might want some rockers that stick out further from the body. I haven't run my Rubicon on a rocky trail yet so I am not sure how well they hold up. Rails that stick out further will protect the side of your body and doors more.

The stock rubi rails will suffice, diff covers is all I see you should be fine. And lockers that last the whole trail

thanks for the info guys! i i think i am gonna add diff protectors, ais skid and oil pan skids. also iv been considering buying a new steering stabilizer anyway. maybe ill get one and bring it with so when i crush the stock one i will have a nice shinny new one for the ride home!
do u guys think i have enough lift?, are 35 big enough? the only reason i ask is i am pretty inexperienced when it comes to playing in the rocks. i know that someone with some mad skill could get through on 35s and 2.5 lift i just want to make sure my level of ability will be able to get it through.

What about the evap canister? Relocate or skid? I have never ran the Rubicon. However, mine was ripped off on the rocks before I added a skid. The Rubi rails are just fine. They dont have the rocker protection but actually work very well. I also have hit my oil pan pretty good once but it didnt puncture it. You may want to consider that as well.

There is a line between what is needed and what is reccomended. Also, watch WOL videos of the rubicon to get a good idea of what your up against. Good Luck and can't wait to make it out that way myself this year.

Oil pan heard of being hit due to bad lines its very well procteted and a good spoter and or line will keep it safe. Move your SS up wirh a kit from woods or similar. That will eliminate that issue. We have taken tjs with 33 threw. Its not as bad as you think its just relentless. You'll be fine. Evap skid is definitely a good idea.

I'll second the diff cover recommendation at probably the most pertinent mod. With a good spotter and not feeling pressured that you have to blow through a section (ie. patience), what you have will suffice.
